A - USING AN EXISTING RING THAT FIT THE FINGER PROPERLY

Choose a ring that fits you well and measure its inner diameter, as shown in the following video:

Once you have this measurement, you can find your size in the chart below. Please note: your ring size may fluctuate by about half a size, based on your temperature, hydration levels, hormones, etc.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
