Is it necessary to register to make a purchase?
No. However, you must provide the following basic information so we can process and ship your order: first and last name, phone number, address, and email address. We still encourage you to create an online store account for future purchases.
What passing methods are supported?
You can make your purchases using a credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or you can also pay conveniently in installments through Aplázame or Klarna.
For countries other than Spain, payments can only be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and Klarna.
Can I pay in installments?
Of course! You can do it with Aplázame or Klarna . Just select Aplázame or Klarna on the shopping cart page and follow the instructions. It's very simple. What do I do if I don't know my size?
If you're not sure about your ring size, don't worry. We have a chart that explains it for you.

How can I use my discount code?
Once you add your products to your cart and click "Checkout," you'll find a field at the top: "Do you have a coupon? Click here to enter your code." Simply click and enter the code to receive your discount instantly.
Note: Some coupons cannot be applied in conjunction with other offers.
How do I know my purchase has been successful?
Once the purchase process is complete, you will receive an email informing you that the purchase was successful.
Is the product I purchased satisfactorily the same as the photo?
The photographs and videos appearing on our website faithfully reflect our articles, but please keep in mind that they are taken in high quality to capture the jewelry in maximum detail.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, some gem and jewelry colors may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
Is payment via the website secure?
Yes. We guarantee a high level of privacy and security for all payments, as well as for personal information.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. For shipments within mainland Spain and Portugal, it's 3-5 business days (except for custom-made jewelry, for which shipping time is 10-14 business days). For the rest of the EU, it's 5-7 business days.

Can the order be sent to someone else?
Of course! To do this, you must provide us with the full address of the person you're shipping to when you make the purchase.
All our jewelry is shipped in a recycled cardboard box where you will find each AVIATION JEWELS jewel inside an elegant case.
How can I track my order?
Once our courier company, NACEX, ships your order, an SMS with the order reference will be automatically sent to the mobile phone number you provided.
To check your order tracking, just click the link in the text message. For the rest of the world, we work with FedEx, which will also provide you with a link to track your order.
Do you ship outside of Spain?

Of course. You have 14 days from receiving your order to make any exchanges or returns free of charge.
How much does it cost to make an exchange or return?
For orders in mainland Spain and Portugal, you can exchange or return any item free of charge EXCEPT:
- Earrings and piercings for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Personalized jewelry, such as bracelets, rings, and necklaces with names or initials.

What are on-demand jewelry?
At our jewelry brand, we want exclusivity to be one of our hallmarks. What does that mean? It means that your jewelry, once you've placed your order, is created from scratch, thus avoiding waste and overproduction. That is, we manufacture certain collections when we receive an order, with the jewelry being exclusively made for you. We divide our manufacturing process into two phases to adapt to your needs and desires. From our standard collection, which we have in stock and with a delivery time of three business days, to our most elaborate pieces, which require between 15 and 20 days of artisanal dedication. For the wait for these pieces, we offer you a 15% discount on the original price. At AVIATION JEWELS, by manufacturing certain pieces on demand, we are committed to minimizing waste and combating overproduction.
Please note that products designated as ON DEMAND are manufactured once the order is placed, starting from scratch to avoid any waste and overproduction.
How can I tell if a piece of jewelry is in stock or on demand?
Very easy! You'll be informed throughout the website, for example: in the filter, there's a variable called "Availability," where you can select products that are on demand within 15-20 days, ready to ship within 1 business day, and ready to ship within 3 business days. Additionally, in the collections you view, availability information for each piece of jewelry is displayed below each product title and price. Once you enter a product listing, a black bar will also appear just below the product title, where you can click to see the information. You'll also see an indicator of how long it will take for the jewelry to arrive (this is displayed just above the add to cart button).
Can an in-stock jewel become an on-demand jewel again and vice versa?
It could be, yes. The only thing is that if an in-demand piece of jewelry is in stock, it will no longer have any discounts. It's also possible that we have several pieces of jewelry in stock but they're sold out, and then that piece of jewelry will be placed on in-demand for 15-20 days with a 15% discount. We offer this discount as a thank you for your patience and waiting.
What discounts are available on on-demand jewelry?
Jewelry that is custom-made and delivers within 15-20 days receives a 15% discount. This discount is already applied to the original online price of the product; no code is required.
When will my jewelry arrive if I purchase on demand?
Delivery times are stipulated in the time indicator within each product sheet.

If I purchase an in-stock piece of jewelry and a custom piece of jewelry in the same order, when will I receive the jewelry?
In principle, your order will arrive within the stipulated timeframe for custom-made jewelry. However, if you'd like your in-stock jewelry to arrive within the timeframe indicated on the product page (whether it's a 1-business-day or 3-business-day delivery option), you'll need to pay for the initial shipping cost via bank transfer, which is €3.95. How sustainable is AVIATION JEWELS?
Our commitment to the planet has remained unchanged since we started in 2020, always striving to evolve toward a more sustainable production model. We continue to take a thoughtful and holistic approach to the many considerations that help a company become more sustainable, even if it's difficult. We believe in sustainability, but we're not really a sustainable brand yet. Being 100% sustainable is practically impossible. Many factors, variations, and continuous advancements are interconnected, requiring the brand to modify many of its parameters to stay current. What we do believe in and are convinced of is the path. A path where we all have to work together and assume ethical, environmental, and social responsibility to make the world more just, or rather, with less injustice.

Can a piece of jewelry be returned or exchanged upon request?
Yes, no problem, except for earrings, piercings, personalized jewelry (initials, names, or any modifications to the jewelry such as changing the strap), and custom orders.
Is it possible to apply any additional discounts to on-demand products?
This is not possible. These on-demand jewelry items already have a 15% discount applied to the original jewelry price and are not applicable to other website promotions or discount codes such as newsletter subscription codes, etc.
