As soon as the order is placed, the buyer will receive an order confirmation email at the provided email address. Once your order is ready to be shipped by our courier company NACEX (for shipments within Spain and Portugal), an SMS will be sent to the phone number you provided. AVIATION JEWELS reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute related to payment for a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason related primarily to the abnormal nature of the order.

*For shipments to any of the Autonomous Cities of Ceuta and Melilla, the invoice will be generated excluding Value Added Tax (VAT). When the package arrives at the requested destination, customs fees will be the recipient's responsibility and will be settled upon delivery. These fees include any taxes or duties that must be paid at the destination, such as the IPSI tax, the Single Import Document (DUA), and the corresponding customs procedures. For the purchase of any product from the online store, the customs processing fee is €18 .
The customer, when placing the order, is responsible for paying these costs upon receiving the package.
*Note for shipments to Spain and Portugal*
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information when placing the order. If the shipping company (Nacex) cannot find the address, the customer must pay the cost of a second shipment (€6) to AVIATION JEWELS so that the shipping company can once again send the package to the correct address.
AVIATION JEWELS does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays, or national, regional, or local holidays.
No delivery will be made without prior payment.
The order will arrive at the address and person specified by the customer.
If the customer or designated person is not present at the time of delivery, the shipping company will hold the item until a second attempt is made, at the customer's expense. After the second attempt, the merchandise will be returned to AVIATION JEWELS. In such a case, AVIATION JEWELS will contact the customer.

CUSTOMS FEES (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Any customs duties incurred upon importing products to the destination country or region will be borne by the buyer. Therefore, AVIATION JEWELS cannot be held responsible for the merchandise once it reaches customs in your country/region. This includes both potential delays resulting from the merchandise being held in customs and the payment of any duties that may arise from the purchase of the items.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At AVIATION JEWELS, customer satisfaction is paramount. Exchanges and returns are FREE for our customers (AVIATION JEWELS covers the costs and processing of the return) in the following cases:
- In case you received the order in poor condition.
- In case the customer is not satisfied with their purchase.
- The purchase was made in mainland Spain or Portugal.
- Exchange for another product of the same or higher value.
However, there are a number of products for which AVIATION JEWELS does not accept exchanges or returns:
- Earrings and piercings for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Personalized jewelry, such as items with initials or names (bracelets, necklaces, and pendants).
- Custom jewelry at Atelier.
- Purchases made from a destination other than mainland Spain or Portugal, and jewelry from the OUTLET collection (30%). In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the return or exchange costs. AVIATION JEWELS is not responsible for any loss of the product during shipping. The deadline for exchanges or returns is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
Customers should note that, due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, some colors or shapes may vary slightly from the images shown on the website. The conditions for exchanging or returning an item are as follows:
- To request a refund, please fill out the following form , send an email to hola@aviationjewels.com , or send a WhatsApp message to +34 695 26 60 20, indicating the order number and the reason for the return. We will contact you as soon as possible.
- Once the return of the product has been approved, AVIATION JEWELS undertakes to send a courier to collect the product from the requested destination.
- The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (box, documents, certificates, accessories, etc.). Once AVIATION JEWELS authorizes the return, the item's value will be refunded.
- The refund for the item will be made to the payment method used by the customer for the purchase within a maximum of 5 business days from the date the consumer receives the withdrawal/return notification.
